Division of Water Environment Conservation

We conduct environmental measurements of rivers, lakes, and coastal seas, and monitor fish and other biological communities. Other research themes include the conservation and restoration of ecosystems in watershed areas, and the assessment of their impact on biodiversity. Through these studies, we also aim to halt the loss of nature and contribute to the restoration of ecosystems.
